Meet Vicky, a dynamic professional with a rich background in nursing and healthcare management, spanning two continents. Originally from the Philippines, Vicky embarked on her career journey by earning a Bachelor of Nursing degree after completing a comprehensive five-year program under the last batch curriculum. With her dedication and hard work, she became a Registered Nurse, equipped with the skills and knowledge to make a difference in the lives of patients.

Vicky's career took her to various roles and settings, including serving  in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, where she gained invaluable experience in medical support and patient care. Transitioning into the corporate world, she ventured into marketing analysis as a Marketing Analyst at PhilAsia, demonstrating her adaptability  and versatility.

In 1996, Vicky made the bold move to Canada, where she continued her  nursing career at Wellesley Hospital. Here, she embraced the challenges and rewards of working in long-term care and retirement homes, eventually assuming the role of Nursing Supervisor. Her passion for improving healthcare quality led her to become a Quality  Improvement Nurse overseeing 31 nursing homes, where she conducted audits and implemented services to enhance patient care standards.

For a decade, Vicky thrived as a Care Coordinator at The Care Company,  utilizing her expertise to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients and ensure their well-being. Outside of work, Vicky finds joy in music, sports, and outdoor activities, indulging in singing, playing badminton and volleyball, and strumming the guitar.

With over two decades of experience in healthcare, Vicky brings a wealth  of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to our team. Her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement resonates in everything she does, making her an invaluable asset to our organization and the communities we serve.
